The house is located in the popular SW of Cape Coral on SW 12th Terrace.

Price per week :

Season 1: 01.12. - 30.04. : US $ 1.060,- + 11,5 % Tax

Season 2: 01.05. - 30.11. :     US $ 910,- + 11,5 % Tax

The prices refer to an occupancy of 2 People.

Additional People are charged at US $ 100,- plus 11,5 % Tax per week. 

Children up to 12 years stay with us free of charge !

Price includes:

- Pool service, gardener, air conditioning, water, TV fees, linens, towels, German/English support on site

Power to U.S. $ 35.00 per week (with over U.S. $ 0.13 KWH settled on bail)

Free internet use via wireless and landline phone calls to Europe and US are also included in the Price charges.

Additional Costs:

- Cleaning Fee: U.S. $ 150,- plus 11,5% Tax

- Security deposit to be Paid upon Arrival : U.S.$ 500,-

Other information:

- Minimum stay 7 days

- Christmas and Easter minimum stay 14 days and 10% season surcharge

- deposit of 25% has to be paid at the time of booking

- the rest payment to be done 5 weeks before the arrival

- Villa Balance is a non-smoking domicile, pets are unfortunately not allowed !

- Allergy friendly (completely tiled)
